All packages are shipped from our private warehouse in the Mid-Atlantic. Why do you have such a strict return policy?
The two most important reasons for a strict return policy are to save you money and protect your health. Returned sex toys must be destroyed and unfortunately, some consumers view a generous return policy as a "rental" policy. This places a huge financial burden on the retailer which in turn must pass the costs of destroyed items on to other customers. We appreciate customers who take time to read and learn about the items they are purchasing to ensure that they are purchasing the correct item for their needs. We feel it is unfair to penalize these customers by charging more for items due to returns. Therefore, we have adopted a strict return policy to ensure the health and safety of our good customers and our business. I tried to place and order and my credit card was declined because of an address verification mismatch or incorrect card code mismatch. However, I called my bank and they say that a charge from Pink Lotus/Tantric Garden is showing on my statement. Please explain!
To protect our good customers and deter fraud, Tantric Garden requires that every customer know the correct billing address for their credit card and the correct security code (the last 3 digit number on the signature strip). This helps to ensure that stolen credit card numbers are not used. If your transaction is declined because of an address verification mismatch or a card code mismatch, it means that your bank approved the transaction (you have the funds available and the correct number was given) but the transaction was declined by Tantric Garden because the supporting information was incorrect. In this situation the charge will show as "approved" on your electronic credit card statement, but the transaction will never finalize or "settle" because Tantric Garden will not approve that transaction to completion. If this situation happens to you, please call your bank and confirm that they have the correct billing address on file and confirm that you have the correct card code for your card (the 3 digit number on the signature strip). Once you have confirmed that you have all the correct information you may place your order again. Please be aware that transactions that are declined because of mismatch may affect your overall available credit for that card. How do you select the products you carry?

Unfortunately, due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not ship overseas at this time. Nor can we ship to APO / FPO mailboxes. Can you ship to my Post Office Box?
No. We ship only by UPS and we cannot send ground, overnight, 2 day or 3day UPS packages to a PO Box. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you like the extra privacy a PO Box offers, we suggest using a personal mailbox (or PMB) available for rent at places like the UPS store or Mail Boxes Etc. |
