Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Tantric garden does not sell, rent or trade your information. We know that you are concerned about how your personal information is used and shared, and we respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers. Tantric garden is firmly committed to providing a safe, secure and confidential experience while visiting our site. We don't like it when companies sell our names and phone numbers to marketing companies and we will never sell, rent or trade our customer’s information with anyone. To be specific, when you buy from Tantric Garden:

• You will NOT be added to ANY email list:

Tantric garden does not send unsolicited email. Unlike most businesses that force you to "opt-out" of their email advertising campaigns, Tantric garden takes the reverse approach, we assume you do not want to receive email advertisements and allow you to "opt-in" if you choose. We think our newsletter is informative and hope you do “opt-in.”

• You will NOT be added to ANY telephone marketing list:

We will not sell, rent or trade your telephone number with anyone and we will not use your telephone number for any marketing purposes of our own. Actually, we would only call you as a last resort if there is an issue with your order. We will try to reach you by email first.

• You will NOT be added to ANY postal mailing list:

We will not sell, rent or trade your address information with anyone and we will not use your address information for any marketing purposes of our own.

In short, when you buy from Tantric Garden, you will NOT be contacted in any way for any reason except to inform you of the status of your order. (see below)

Email notification of order status

The majority of our customers want to be kept informed of the status of their order while it is being processed. Therefore, we try to keep you as informed as possible during the processing and shipping of your order by sending you email notifications. When you place an order with Tantric Garden you will receive the following status email messages:

1. A confirmation email is sent immediately after you place your order.

2. An email is sent (with tracking number if available) when you order leaves our warehouse.

During checkout you may enter any valid email address of your choice. If there is a problem with your order or we need to contact you for any reason, we will do so by sending email to the address you give us, so please enter a valid address.

If you are concerned about using your regular email address, many sites such as Yahoo offer free email that is easy and quick to register. Check this mail box often.

Website Cookies

Our website and shopping basket do use “cookies” which allows them to function properly. Please allow cookies on your browser security settings. We do not gather or share information on your other surfing activities.

Security Policy

Tantric Garden is a secure website. We designed Tantric Garden to accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, 3.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator and versions 3.02 or higher of Internet Explorer. This means you'll be unable to inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Our security certificate in provided by Thawte and can be verified by clicking on their logo icon.

We use encryption technology to protect your personal data, including your credit card information, to assure that every transaction you make at Tantric Garden will be safe.

Tantric Garden believes that the most effective way to ensure our customer's privacy is to maintain rigid security on our site. It is our policy to never send private information, such as your credit card number, via e-mail. In fact, this is a practice we recommend you adopt in all of your internet activities.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We utilize encryption/security software to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure and accidental loss, alteration or destruction.

• Evaluation of Information Protection Practices.
We periodically review our operations and business practices for compliance with our policies and procedures governing the security, confidentiality and quality of our information.

• Employee Access, Training and Expectations.
Our corporate values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of customer information. In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.

We are also compliant with PCI policies recommended by our credit card merchant service to protect your information from fraud or theft.

Email Policy

Tantric Garden does not send unsolicited emails.

Unlike most businesses that force you to "opt-out" of their email advertising campaigns, Tantric Garden takes the opposite approach. We assume you do not want to receive email advertisements and allow you to "opt-in" if you choose.

If you choose to opt-in, we believe that occasional correspondence with our customers, 6-12 mailings a year, is adequate to keep our customers informed of changes to our site, promotions and events. If you do not opt-in, you will receive no email from us except for your specific order status messages. (see below)

Packaging Policy

Orders packed in plain boxes

Tantric Garden ensures discreet shipping by packaging all orders in plain boxes with no external markings that indicates its contents. When you order from Tantric Garden, you can be confident that your entire experience will be treated with privacy and respect.

Nondescript shipping label

The return address on your package will simply say "P.L., LLC" (instead of The Tantric Garden Company) as the sender of your package.

Environmentally friendly packaging

Whenever possible, Tantric Garden will use recycled and earth-friendly packing materials. When available, we will use recycled styrofoam packing "peanuts" to cushion items. However, Tantric Garden prefers biodegradable cushioning such as cornstarch packing peanuts and paper and we will use such products if no recycled material is available.

Shipping Policy

Guaranteed Shipping:

If we receive your Next Day Air, 2-Day Air or 3-Day Select order on any business day before 2 pm Eastern Standard Time, we will ship your order that day guaranteed or we will refund your shipping costs (applies to in-stock items only. Does not guarantee against adverse weather conditions or natural disasters as defined by UPS). If you have an express package that was delivered late, send us an email with your order number and we will promptly take care of the situation. Remember that UPS does not count weekends or holidays in determining the number of delivery days, nor will they deliver on weekends or holidays.

We strive to ship all Standard Ground Service packages promptly; however, packages shipped via Standard Ground Service UPS do not qualify for guaranteed shipping.

Confidentiality:

All orders shipped from our private warehouse. Tantric Garden does not use fulfillment centers. All orders are packed in plain boxes with no identifying external markings. (see our Packaging Policy above)

Delivery Days:

Delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding UPS holidays.

Carriers:

We ship all packages via UPS. This means we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. If you would like the extra privacy of a Post Office Box, we suggest a Personal Mail Box (or PMB) which can be rented at a UPS store or Mail Boxes Etc. If you absolutely have to ship to a Post Office Box, PLEASE MAKE A NOTATION on your order or send us an email to customerservice@tantricgarden.com. We will see what we can do.

International Shipping:

Sorry, we do not ship to international destinations at this time. Nor can we ship to APO / FPO addresses for people in the armed services overseas.

Credit Card Policy and Backorders

Tantric Garden is committed to protecting you from credit card fraud. When placing an order please give your billing address for your credit card. You can ship to a separate shipping address. Please also provide your Card ID number or CVV found on the back of your card (the 3 digits found after your card number).

Charges to your card will show as our parent company is listed with the credit card companies. If you have any discrepancy please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve it.

If an item you order is out of stock, we won't charge your card for it and will automatically backorder that item. By law we are required to notify you if an item is on backorder for 30 days and give you the option of keeping it on order, substituting an item or canceling the order. Unless you cancel the backorder before it comes into stock, we will automatically charge your card and ship the item out when it is restocked. There is no additional shipping charge for backorders.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied. We also want you to know that when you purchase products from Tantric Garden, you are purchasing new products, not products that have been returned, or even worse, used. Tantric Garden does not sell used or returned products for obvious ethical and hygienic reasons.

Therefore, a return policy which ensures the health and safety of our customers must be strictly enforced. Most customers understand and appreciate the fact that we take this position.

Defective merchandise will of course be exchanged with identical merchandise. Videos, CDs and DVDs are returnable only if unopened (factory seal unbroken) or faulty due to a manufacturer’s defect.

You may return any unused and unopened product within 15 days for credit or refund in the amount of your original purchase (excluding shipping and handling).

Exchanged items due to Product Defect or Error

If any item malfunctions within 15 days of receipt due to defects in materials or workmanship we will exchange your product for an identical product. Shipping and packing errors are of course corrected promptly.

Exchanged items due to Customer Dissatisfaction

Generally speaking, all sales are final; however, each situation is different. Tantric Garden strives for 100% customer satisfaction and we work hard to ensure that every customer will be completely satisfied with their purchase. We handle return and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.

If you feel that you have a legitimate reason to request an exchange or return please contact us within 15 days of receipt and inform us of your reason for dissatisfaction (we cannot improve if we do not know why you are dissatisfied). We will work with you to arrive at a mutually agreed solution that is fair and equitable for everyone.

If there is a problem:

• Contact us as soon as possible.

• Keep all packaging and shipping materials until the matter is resolved.

• Send email to customerservice@TantricGarden.com and we will promptly assist you.

Undeliverable or unclaimed packages:

All orders returned as undeliverable or unclaimed will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
